Shipping Policy
Every PetSickos piece is made to order from your pet's photo, so expect about 6 to 11 business days from order to delivery in the US.
How long it takes
- Artwork preparation: 1-2 business days. We turn your photo into a print-ready design and may email you if the photo needs replacing.
- Production: 2 to 5 business days after your design is approved. Peak seasons and holidays can run longer.
- Shipping: 3 to 4 business days after your order leaves production with standard US shipping.
Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking information when the carrier provides it.
Shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. We sometimes offer free standard shipping on orders over [$amount]. When a free shipping offer is active, it will show at checkout. Offers can change or end without notice, and the free shipping offer is based on your order total before taxes.
Where we ship. United States mainly. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot change an address after production has started. If a carrier returns a package because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs extra.
Delays. Orders can be delayed by high order volumes, carrier issues or customs. If your order is late, email us at petsickos@gmail.com and we will track it down.
Lost packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
